XXII Congress of Polish Association of Balneology and Physical Medicine

Polczyn Zdroj,
3.09 - 6.09. 2009

Połczyn Zdrój is a renowned health resort located in the middle of the Drawskie Lakes area. Clean lakes, beech woods and multiple moraine hills are the reason why the area is called “Połczyn Switzerland” or “Bieszczady of the North”.
Połczyn therapeutic muds and salt springs are among the best in Poland, and the high quality of therapeutic material is what made Połczyn Zdrój a health resort as early as the middle XVII century. Our health resort became what it is early in the past century, when Bad Polzin, as it was then known, was treated as the most important health resort for Berlin. Treatment methods are developed ever since, while our personnel professionalism and exactness are appreciated by the most demanding guests from all Europe.
